It 's maybe the longest bar of the Minervois but we don't serve beers, or pastis, or Cola… Since May 2008 , he welcomes friends of the Borie for classic tastings, in the day, for aperitifs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, from 18 hours. Wines of the domain, served in a glass or whole bottle, accompanied with Occitans tapas ,with the vegetables from the Kitchen garden of la borie.
